Changed the battery in my 2017 Tacoma. Everything went wrong.

    Did this once on a mid 90s Bronco in the middle of the night in a snow storm. Fusible link blew, the truck was fine after I replaced the $15 part and hooked the battery up correctly.

    I agree with you.

    OP had the strength to start a thread with a problem and did get useful replies.

    Seems like he didn't get too bent out of shape by some of the "boys will be boys" hijinks.

    Another day at the Tacomaworld, all's well that ends well.
