Is there a linkage for the electronic transfer case, or is it driven directly under the handle? I have an I pattern not a J pattern like the 4 runner. My problem is its still in neutral when i try to engage 4lo, so I was wondering if theres a linkage under the console or is it directly under the transfer case lever? There really isnt much info for the tacoma on the electric transfer case lever. Any good bushing alternatives to stiffen up the gear selections? Will the 4runner J pattern shifter bushing fit on the I pattern on the Tacoma? Thanks for any help.
