Picked my access cab up on Friday. I am trying to get the Toyota App from the Apple Store working. I established the account and put the password in. I then enter the vin and the vehicle comes up right. When I go to save the information the App crashes. I have tried on both my Ipad and Iphone. Is this thing as glitchy as the reviews say?

Most likely yes it will be that glitchy. I would give it a week or keep an eye out for an update from the app store. I'm sure they will fix it soon.

More people have the system just crash on it's own or when dealing with a apple product. The countless threads that have been started on the topic don't lie.

Well I hope they fix it. I have an aftermarket head unit in my 18 so I've never used entune (first thing I ripped out of the truck).. getting the 2020 for the carplay (lots of other reasons too, of course)

Thanks for all of the replies. I am still in the process of learning the infotainment system. The last Toyota that I had was an 82 SR5 with the fancy sunroof! AM-FM only.
