Not bashing your area, but that’s ridiculous. For that in my area, it might be $100k.
I have a one acre lot, 2600sq w/ 3 vehicle carport, giant camper garage, work shop and a pool/guest house and it would go for $425k. Nice neighborhood to boot. I can’t imagine what it would cost there.

I dug through my junk box and found enough bits of Unistrut and associated hardware to do some bed management. I mounted my Hi-lift on one side and a shovel and axe on the other. The total cost was exactly $0 which was my budget so life is good.

What do you do when you can't sleep .. Finally got rid of the TRD OR decal I never liked. It took a lot of rubbing her the right way to get the result you want... But when it was done we fell in love a second time.

I did the same thing. Lots more work than you think it would take and boy does it test your patience but it is so worth it.

I have been considering the tailgate flat "cutting board" mod but need to know one detail. Is the flat portion equal to the raised dimensions of the original or is it equal to the indented portion?

my dilemma...I have a Yakima Long Arm that I carry in my bed. The long arm portion squeezes between the front of the bed to the tailgate when closed. I took off one of the end caps on the bar to release pressure on the tailgate but would like to keep the gear ready for use.

if measured from the front of the bed (raised portion) to the closed tailgate with the new cover; is the measurement the same as original or slightly less?

    thanks
