    Thank you for the explanation.
I love what you all do with the old planes, very cool work to preserve history and our heritage.

    Mine was replaced.
I have titanium rod and socket and plastic insert.
Alarm went off for a heat signature on my shoulder because I had a carry on backpack
    On.
    Didn’t go off for hip.

    Weird

Well not a rant per say and I’m not pooping (thinking about it )

    More frustrated

    Two guys are leaving.
Had it up to here with the crap.

    One left Friday.

The other is leaving this Friday.
Very sad to see him go. Nice guy. Wicked hard worker.
But you can’t cross certain people in the shop or you get punished on the jobs you get.

So since he said he was leaving they have not givin him a frame to do.
He could have done two more and he is standing around.

If the big cheese people don’t do something it’s going to get unrecoverable.

These are how many frames he has done in two years.

    C0C2DCE6-873E-488D-983B-036767F30391.jpg
He has been doing them for six.

    LOM DAY YESTERDAY

    LOM = LACK OF MAINTENANCE.

People pissed cause they need a new motor and they are 15,000 miles since last oil change
And they have an oil leak.

How much longer on a 3.5 hr job and you brought it in 45 min ago.

Special wheels and we can’t find the fuckin wheel lock key and can’t get in touch with cust and then pissed at me cause work wasn’t done.

Work on a car and the owner chews and has a cup he uses as a spittoon..

    That was just yesterday...

You wonder why my stress doesn’t go down.
My income goes down from all the “free stuff I have to do”

    Oh yea

    FUCKIN STANDARD TIME.....

    That’s enough for now..

    Oh yea

    Time to poop. Lol

    Good Morning Folks

It's snowing again. Weather man says 3 in.
It's been a cold and snowy November so far. On vacation all week.
Body is still waking me up early.

Maybe you should take @Tacoma Mike to work with you. May have to bring extra T.P.
