Depends how good their pivot is, those recovery points are bolted on, does it include a hidden hitch or do you re-use the factory one?

My concern would be how it bolts up to the bumper and if it can elongate the bolt holes after a while. However some grade 8 with red loctite and locknuts will make sure it never comes loose enough to do so. If you reuse the factory hitch then you can just use that as your solid recovery point. Their website doesn't state up to what tire size or weight the tailgate can handle. They do state that they have a limited lifetime warranty which is nice.

Idk about that the size of the pivot looks small. And that latching mechanism I wouldn't trust for that weight.

It appears that the swingout just bolts onto the bumper in place of one of the recovery hooks. I would not trust that personally. Even on these fab'd bumpers with internal bracing and double sheer pivot points, etc the swingout still moves around a good bit, just driving down the highway.
