I just got a 2" WC leveling kit done and now my 2018 has a rhythmic vibration. I can feel it slightly in the gas pedal and the steering wheel. This only happens when I am about 10 - 45 mph. Fixes?

Does it stop when you engage 4x4?

Sorry I shouldn’t be rude. A lot of people feel vibes after they lift their trucks. 99% of the time it’s fixed by utilizing the search feature here.

Do carrier bearing drop 1st---- (cheapest and the quickest). If that does not solve it, flip the carrier bearing upside down (work for some, don't work for some), If there is no improvement then shims (1,2 ,2 ,4 degree ) each truck is different. FYI (most popular shim is the 3 degree).

Bottom: you might have to do more than one of those optional to find your truck sweet spot...

You only lifted (leveled) the front correct?
If the droning / pulsing vibe you feel in the steering wheel & gas pedal goes away when 4wd is engaged, the problem is the drivers side cv axle needle bearing...it should be replaced with bushing from east coast gear supply...
I had the exact same issue.

Even if my Taco has 16k miles on it? With about 300 miles with the kit? It only started happening after the kit was put on

Yes - ride height was raised which exposes the problem with the factory needle bearing tolerance.
There’s tons of info here about the issue.
