Spare tire not fitting under bed

I just put 275/75R17 BFGoodrich KO2’s on my 2002 Tacoma TRD. The tires fit fine, no rubbing or anything. But the spare does not fit without touching the exhaust (I can just shorten it after the muffler and that problem is solved) and also touching the parking break cable. I have the spare in the bed now but it takes up about half of the space. Is there anyway i could move the lift for the spare so it’s not touching anything or maybe a mount I could buy. I just don’t want to keep the tire in the bed if possible

Ill look into it. I saw what he did. But he’s also got a full size. Mine is more of a mini truck
