I see. I'm 6'1, 190 and holding, and overall look very thin. Fit thin, but still... If it were a strict 73-74" = 190, that'd be a pretty thin requirement.

    I mis-remembered, 74” is 214.
I was down to 235 or so several years ago and I felt pretty healthy and fit, I still had belly fat (I’ve gained a good bit of muscle since then) but I don’t think I was close to 22% Bf.
The weights are very doable, I just wouldn’t call them easy for me.

Looking to get into reserves, currently reserves with a local PD, I’ll have an academy for that January-June and then after that I would like to go reserves in the coast guard.

That’s why I can’t have them often. Don’t have the will power to stop at one. Can’t afford to eat 80g carbs on a snack that’s not filling at all. Haha.

The girlfriend is trying to lose weight. I brought home a Reese’s for her because she had said she wanted one and she had a rough day. She ate half of one Reese’s cup. That’s when I knew I was with a psychopath.

1,800 calories in yesterday, I should’ve eaten a bigger breakfast.
Last intake was around 12:30 yesterday so my fast has been 21-22 hours, I was hoping to workout last night but my detail ran long and it was 9:30 before I got home so I just worked out this morning.
Warmup was 20 flights of stairs on the stair climber, then I went to the machines on the circuit, and then 20 minutes on the stationary bike.

I still feel really good but I’m looking forward to breakfast.

Gotcha..I'd not thought of that before.

That said, I'm not the type to get negative if I don't like the reading. Either way I use it as motivation..but of course I know others who wouldn't
