Urd spec-u LT header help

Good morning from the East Coast. Im trying to see if anyone with a 2nd gen tacoma specifically a 14 (w the secondary air pump behind the windshield washer fluid res) has upgraded the stock exhaust manifold.

I have dropped my stock exhaust from the y pipe and romoved the drivers side manifold to find this fuel rail looking piece connected to the manifold of which the urd header does not have. After some research the “fuel rail” looking piece hast inlets from the secondary air pump to mix air into the first set of cats to raise temp for the ecu above 40°f to remove fumes and cut down on emissions ().

my questions are these
1. Did i recieve the wrong headers or do i need to purchase another brand with the “rail” integrated on the headers to mimic the stock?
2. Are there any new products you guys know of that have been tried and work to eliminate the secondary air pump system “for off road use” that simulate emissions for that system to prevent “limp mode”?
3. Am i dumb and simply missing something? (If its the third question ill take no response as the answer)

 

Hate to say but those are the wrong one here are what the secondary air one looks like.

Did your happen to come w studs for the rail, or did you have to outsource them?
