My cams are seized and I want to replace them. Seems straightforward to cut them with a sawzall and put on some new LCAs, still I would like to watch a video first of someone else doing it. Why are there literally zero videos out there of seized alignment cam replacement?

    Or, use an air hammer.

EDIT: This is how I did it on my nissan. Take the nut off, air hammer the bolt out. Super easy.

Cause the people dealing them are too frustrated to be reminded to video the process

When I was replacing mine, that's pretty much the only one I came across
    https://youtu.be/ZLqYdQCsF9M
Which wasn't as helpful /explanatory as I hoped.

Also, stock up on Sawzall blades, those bolts and sleeves are hard as fck!

I hear ya man, but an oil change is also easy and there’s lot of oil change videos.

Air hammer is the end all be all to hammers. I love breaking out that thing because I usually am having fun doing so.

This right here. Mine was partially seized after just 50K and I just used a punch with a 3lb deadblow hammer, they came out real fast.

Absolutely. And in my case, I hit on it with the sledge I had, but an air hammer repeats so much faster, even if it isn't hitting as hard, and basically just vibrates it loose.

Maybe I’ll fool around with an air hammer before I get crazy with the sawzall

On mine, the air hammer didn't work. The fancy schmancy press tool didn't work.
When you finally do resort to cutting them out, get yourself some Diablo sawzall blades. Trust me, they make short work of those bolts. Hose the blade down with WD-40 periodically while your cutting to cool the blade and help it bite.
I've done these on two different Toyota trucks. The first time was with Milwaukee blades, the second time was with Diablo blades. You can't get a very long stroke so when the end of the blade dulls, I cut the bad part off with an angle grinder and keep using the same blade until it's too short to use.
TRUST ME, buy some Diablo blades.
