Exhaust leak 3rd gen?

When I hit 2500rpm 3rd gear I almost hear like turbos like in my raptor any one know why?

Well that pretty well says it...

 

Mine does it too. It’s just the airbox. It started when I installed the TRD CAI. I actually like it. After I decided the sound came before the filter element I decided not to fix it.

 

Someone gave you a Hohner mod.

 

Mine leaks too. One of those things the dealer can't duplicate..say it isn't so. It sounds like a rice rocket

 

There’s only so many places it could have an exhaust leak. The way the exhaust “manifold” is cast into these newer engines is nice in that regard. Pretty easy to fix. If it’s leaking anywhere, you’ll find black soot.

 

Mine has always done it, I thought it was just the air moving through the intake
