Redline MT-90. Drain and refill until it comes out of the fill hole. Very simple.

Remove the fill plug on the gearbox before you remove the drain plug. To make sure you can fill it after draining.

Renewing gear oil on a manual transmission is the same process as it is for a transfer case and for differentials. Like @cruiserguy said, make sure you're able to get the fill plug out first because if you drain all the gear oil out but then can't get the fill plug out, you're screwed and can't drive it now. I will add that you want to do this on level ground, because if you don't, you will either under fill it or overfill it. I will also add it's always a good idea to get new drain and fill plug washers. Like @NCJeyota said, you pump the gear oil into the fill hole until the gear oil starts to spill out of the bottom of the fill hole threads. The proper level is equal to the bottom of the threads of the fill hole. So, it's really not necessary to know the capacity other than to know how much gear oil to purchase.

This question is a dead giveaway you're new to the world of auto mechanics. Welcome! It sounds like you're interested in turning wrenches so I'll provide you a link to the YouTube channel I started with my buddy Sean. I think you'll find it helpful. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9EMiD9KPy61kJ6hdXcbjxA
