I know there are a ton of people on here that are Veterans and Active Service Members. I love that Tacomas are popular among military members. What I love more is that I am free to sit here and freely pound away on my keyboard and chat with people about these trucks. This would not be possible without our Vets and Active Service Members. To use the cliche, Freedom isn't Free, I use it because it's true and succinct.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your service so myself and my family are safe and free. I appreciate each of you more than I can express.

Once again on Veterans Day I post this - it is timeless:

"A sincere 'thank you' to all of our veterans past and present!

Let's take it a step further, don't just say thank you on Veterans Day - if you see a service member in uniform at any time go up to them and say 'thank you for your service', they will appreciate the gesture and it is only right.

Also, if you see someone wearing a hat that says WWII VETERAN, KOREAN WAR VETERAN, VIETNAM VETERAN or any of the Middle East wars don't be afraid to approach them and say 'thank you' (or welcome home to a Vietnam Vet). I do it every time I have the chance and they and their family members truly appreciate the gesture because someone took the time out to recognize and thank them for their sacrifices.

Always remember - freedom isn't free, thank you Veterans!"

If I have one regret in life it is that I didn't serve in the military. The older I get the more I realize how delicate our country and way of life really is and it is up to all of us to protect.

Thank you to all that have and are serving. All of us benefit from your effort.
