Like others have posted, try to adjust that side tie rod then take it to an alignment shop. An alignment is required to be done regardless if you didn't have this issue especially with an suspension overhaul like yours.

Where are the rear cams set at on your lower control arms? Where is your steering wheel pointing in that picture? You may need to adjust the tie rods on both sides. Are the shocks new?

yes this is probably he issue, usually when your alignment is bad and the steering wheel off center its a Tech that doesn't take pride in his/her job and doesn't care how the truck gets out, try another shopit took me 3 tries before I got a good one

Soooo. UPDATE! I. Ended up just letting the truck sit overnight. I ended up taking the advice from here and just bringing it in for an alignment. Soo I tried to move the truck and it was not happy! Lots of noise and stress. Not driveable... so with the help of a friend and the advice of checking the cam bolt positions, and different alignment positions, were able to get the truck to run pretty darn straight! Promptly brought to the alignment shop and now the truck is perfect! Thank you all for your replies as they all helped tremendously! I will post a picture of the results Soon. It's dark here so it will be tomorrow.

So the Bilsteins were not reused. They were new. In total all parts changed were:
    Bilstein 6112 3rd clip
    Inner/outer tie rods (Moog)
    Sway bar bushings (energy)
    End links (Moog)
    UCA (tuff country)
    LCA (Moog)
    Cam bolts (Moog)
    CV seals inner and outer
Used OSPHO and Eastwood encapsulator and black chassis paint to clean up the A-frame and sway bar. Ummmm. I think that's it!
Oh.. the ABS sensors.... Ya.. hopefully the eBay ones I bought work...
This was a challenge for sure! If anybody is doing this or something related to this endeavor, please feel free to ask me anything.
