With the combination of exterior light wires, a 4AWG power cable and speaker wires there isn't any more room for me to run to run wires through the hole in the firewall. Any suggestions for alternate places to run wires outside of the cab?

    Why not drill another hole?

Are you asking for location of existing holes?

yep. I'd rather not drill so I'm looking for an existing hole.

I run some wires for my lights along the weather liner trim on the inside of the door, through the fender and into the engine bay. Only issue is that it can make the weather stripping not seat fully and cause air/road noise on the highway. Have to get it just right

When young and doing aftermarket radios (was a given back then) we used to run wires all over like that. Along fenders, around weatherstrip. I don't know why we were afraid of just drilling a hole. Maybe it was early OCD and not wanting a mod not repairable. I think I cut more wires putting them around corners and shorting crap out than saved any work so that's not it.

I suppose being a truck you could run along the frame and put it in a loom.

there are plenty of grommets for wires on the firewall, at least two large ones on either side that I know of, plus there is at least one large grommet underneath the driver seat as well.

The driver’s seat by the door sill floor grommet is a handy one, especially for stuff going towards the rear of the truck.
Be sure to seal stuff up if mud or water crossings are in your future.

I have an auto trans... that said, I used the boot around the shifter to get wires through that location. It's a tough bastard to stretch out though.

    Good luck.

There's plenty of existing holes, just have to be creative...

Firewall harness on both side, transmission shifter, o2 rear sensor to cab under passenger seat, and more....
