    They get her on "conduct unbecoming?" We had a AD SSgt at Lackland pose for Playboy against the direct orders of her commander, and they busted her out. She ended up suing but settled (I think she was simply happy to get her discharge changed).

    Looking back, we SNCOs at the time (I was an officer in the base Top-III at the time) were discussing it and her superintendent reported that she was a contracting SNCO, had just gotten a 6x reenlistment bonus, gotten all of the contracting certifications, and when it was all said and done she got an honorable discharge in the settlement.

    So...that's one way to get out of a 6-year reenlistment and keep the money, but I wouldn't recommend it.

    Considering what she is/was doing is legal, not sure what grounds they would have. UCMJ is vague to say the least on conduct “unbecoming,” plus it states “commissioned officer” (and others, just def not enlisted) so they wouldn’t be able to use that. If there was a policy letter (doubtful) then maybe violating that.

    Its a dumb move and she should’ve seen this coming, it’s only a matter of time before joe finds out your dirty laundry. There might be something under 134, but again not a lot here I see anyone could get her for. It wasn’t public display. It will be interesting to see play out.

    Now the guys distributing the videos and photos, those guys are real dumb. Without researching, there is likely a UCMJ violation there.
