07 Tacoma Vibration Humming on Highway in Strong Wind

Tacoma started making terrible vibration and humming sound on highway doing about 70+ the other day. It sounds like someone has a electrical sanding tool vibrating on the hood. This sound does not occur at 60 and below just highway speeds.
It comes and goes and does not appear to be drivetrain related. It seems like the sound occurs when the wind hits the truck especially with cross winds.
I have seen several TSBs out there but am not sure which one would be applicable to my issue.

Any thoughts ?

 

Turns out this sound was grill on front partially falling off. Ripped it off amd humming was stopped.
If u experiemce humming check grill its two piece.

 

I have an '07 and had a whistling noise in crosswinds that drove me nuts. I tried turning the radio up, but I could still hear it. At first I thought it was the grill or something else up front. Then I came across this thread on whislting and put screen spline in the groove around the windshield. Sloved my problem and 7 years later it's still working like a champ.
