I picked up a set of trd pro struts and am getting the control arms also with it.

Ive seen most people sell these all as a set, so I was wondering if they were different. I checked the part numbers, and they are different parts, but im not sure what the difference is.

EDIT, the arms are from a 2017 trd pro, I have a 2018 trd offroad.

    2018 PN = 48610-04021
    2017 PN = 48610-04020

the Pro doesn't have different OE arms. same as the other Tacoma models. at least these in the Pro's are the same, not sure about SR's etc

OK thanks, just wanted to verify, I always see them included so I thought maybe they had more caster or something. Ill keep em as spares.

definitely not different re: alignment capability. if you want more caster you'll have to buy it. and i strongly suggest you do. this truck loves caster.

they are selling them because they are selling off the old suspension, so it's a convenience sale, not a package. does that make sense? they could sell the stock oe arms separately but don't want to deal with it since that's not a hot seller.

Since I dont want to make another thread about this when I already have a thread kinda related....

Does anyone know if the TRD offroad nuts and bolts work on the TRD pro struts? I looked up the part numbers and they seem to be the same, but I couldnt find the rear bushings. Im missing all the nuts and bolts, and only have 1 rear bushing. Hoping to just use my old ones from the off road struts.
