2013 Tacoma TRD off road

Hey all,
I had a problem with my oem housings getting damaged from the heat of my drl halogen bulbs. I have replaced with led bulbs to reduce the heat, but was not able to fully restore the damage. I have read a lot about bad non oem replacements and don’t want constant issues. I like the look of these...thoughts on quality? Also an ideas on how to do a similarly styled retrofit? I’m decently handy, but don’t want shitty headlights. I tend to be a do it once, do it right kind of person. All help is appreciated. Thanks! https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/303149869255
