After market 2nd gen headlight question???

Hey all,
I had a problem with my oem housings getting damaged from the heat of my drl halogen bulbs. I have replaced with led bulbs to reduce the heat, but was not able to fully restore the damage. I have read a lot about bad non oem replacements and don’t want constant issues. I like the look of these...thoughts on quality? Also an ideas on how to do a similarly styled retrofit? I’m decently handy, but don’t want shitty headlights. I tend to be a do it once, do it right kind of person. All help is appreciated.Thanks!

Unfortunately I can't help with those exact ones I have the older model and have no complaints about fit or quality my only thing is I'd recommend changing the bulds to LEDs (if that's the case with the newer model also) since the bulbs that came with mine were pretty poor of course you need the required equipment to transfer to led/hid
