Does anyone have any idea why my 2.7 will not fire or spark. I have checked everything. Fuses, relays, fuel pump, and checked the spark plugs and it will keep turning over but will
    Not start.

Little background on the truck could help. How many miles, MT or AT, what maintenance has been done?
One day it just wouldn't start up? Any more info or details to help us?
Is the MIL illuminated? If so, for what codes? The ECU has to detect signal from a few sensors before it allows the coil packs to fire. Like the crank position sensor and the camshaft position sensor.

Well Iv narrowed it down to the efi fuse keeps blowing. It’s a 4wd with the California emissions on it. I think it’s an exposed radio wire because that’s the latest thing Iv done to it

Did you get a seperate new harness to plug into oem radio harness that plugs into new stereo harness? That way you don't have to cut any wires? Or did you cut any wires? You'll have to check all the wires behind the stereo then. Some wire is making contact back there with exposed metal and shorting out that circuit, I'm assuming based on what you said
