What is the best way to attach/adhere mass loaded vinyl to surfaces? Butyl tape/rope? Spray adhesive?

I prefer this Velcro personally. I'm using it to hang MLV in my doors - and not much of it. It's strong stuff. I'm also using butyl rope to hold some upside down on my rear tool cubbies. It's not quite strong enough to hold it full time, so I need to apply pressure every few months. Gorilla tape will not work and will eventually leave you with a messy goop. Something like HH66 works well for vinyl/vinyl applications.
