    I have my moms recipe buried in my head somewhere. I would need to work it out for taste.
    We started with bread of choice. We used wonder bread.
    Celery, onions, chopped
    Mix all 3 with salt and pepper, add milk and and a little water to get proper moisture. Not super soggy but not dry either.
    Stuff into ass and neck of bird until overflowing and bake for recommended time for the bird.
    It's been a long time since she was around.
    Amount prepared and cooked depends on size of bird you choose. 20lb bird. 4 to 5 loafs
