USB and Radio ALWAYS off after I shut truck down

    ANY help would be appreciated!

    Is there a configuration setting that turns radio / USB music flash drive automatically on when I start my truck. for some reason its always off when i shutdown the truck, i have to manually turn it on, and when i park shut it down, the radio / USB music doesn't remember last state it was in and is always off when I restart my truck. It NEVER did this until I recently got a firmware update on the radio last weekend.

    My radio use to turn on to whatever state it was when I shut down my truck... USB music / radio on or off. Volume same too. It was always like this since day 1 when I purchased the truck - 2017 sport.

    I checked the manual and read thru other posts of others having same problem but no solution


    ANY help would be appreciated. (I'm thinking the new radio firmware I got from the dealership needs to be undone?)
