    Put the stock pulley back on, spraying at 5 psi (Just to clean things at this point)

    Running about 13 AFR at 6.5 psi boost WOT

    Stays at 14.7 at anything less than WOT ...ALL boost levels.

    Cleaned the Air sensor and added a bottle of sea foam at fill up.

    Next step: upgrade fuel pump

    Ordered some Supra injectors

    Saving up for FIC-6 and harness

    Just so we’re clear on a few things. Those injectors won’t help without something to tune them. In fact they probably won’t work well at all without something to tune them. That will compromise driving even in vacuum. You’re better off getting the FIC first to tune closed loop.

    the only reason people install larger injectors with the S/C is to keep it from leaning out at WOT high RPM. Which is what the 7th is for. To add just a little bit of fuel to keep the injectors from maxing out.

    it’s possible you’re leaning out but you can spray more meth to fix that. In open loop the computer won’t fight to keep the AFR like in closed loop. You’re looking for 11.5AFR WOT around 5000rpm.

    John has advised me of the same for the AFR 11 to 12

    I’ve found it takes 5-8 seconds of 3/4 to WOT for the ECU to give up and go open loop with the auto transmission..thoughts?

    Just bought the Supra injectors because they were remans and there were only 5 sets left.

    I will take pictures and post . Looking for feedback to make sure they’re legit

    The big purchase is my harness from boom sling $499

    Going to focus on a new fuel pump and CC1998 radiator until I can get the fund together for the FIC.

    Transgo has made my trunk much more fun to drive...thanks for the help on that.

    How come you have stayed away from the 2” pulley?

    Weird. My 2003 auto takes less than 1 second to go to open loop with WOT. And I'm sure in reality it is less since the ScanGauge is showing status over the super slow ODB II data protocol our trucks have.

    I’m basing it off of my AFR dropping to low 12s. I don’t have a scan gauge

    The drop is really apparent and the increase in hp is too

    If I mash the pedal WOT it'll go into open loop right away and AFRs quickly drop into low 12s/high 11s, but 3/4 throttle does take a few seconds to see any AFR change regardless of boost.

    So ... to extrapolate.... I wonder if the TPS sensor is reading full sweep. My ScanGauge shows my open throttle TPS reading is ~17 and my WOT is only like ~87...
    Maybe @Rldanie should check their TPS sensor values.

    The delay in going from closed loop to open loop is normal in anything but WOT. It's the ECU doing it's thing trying to keep the AFRs at 14.7 until it finally gives in and switches to open loop. I can't find it but awhile ago I found a chart on another forum someone posted that had the # of seconds it takes to go from open to closed loop based on throttle input. Seemed to make sense based on my experience anyway.
    The only time it'll instantly go from closed to open loop is during WOT.

    Throttle Position sensor. I'm not sure how your 2002 is configured as the 2003-2004 have the partial throttle by wire with a TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) combined with an APPS (Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor).

    That's one thing that is missing from this thread is all of the variables. Wheel weight, tire weight, tire diameter, axle gearing, truck weight ... None of us are comparing the same thing, making this less than scientific.

    increasing tire diameter decreases RPM's to achieve the same speed which will is why the rpms
    are low in overdrive too

    When they did my supercharger install, they automatically did the thermostat and radiator cap. They kept it at 0.9 KPa. Your cap looked original. I would replace it for $5.

    Yup. That’s what I do. I hit 2500 RPMs and floor it. Or just cruise nice. Half throttle options are to press it fast half way and most of the time that will open loop it. But it has to be a fast throttle press.

    Try pressing it fast. I’m also experimenting with WOT and how far I can pull back and keep the 11-12 AFR.
