A big thanks to @Ryan at Eibach and the Eibach team for helping me install their PRO LIFT KIT today! Extremely impressed with their facility and as always, their customer service!:bowdown: also helps that they're local to me.

My taco, 2019 Offroad 4x4, is my daily driver and this is my first time lifting my personal vehicle. I don't trail hard, nor am I running any armor. I had their tech set the coils on first clip to give me a level ride and since I'm still running stock wheels/tires, I didn't want it to look too out of place/small. No AAL, no block in the rear with this initial setup either. :)

Initial impression on my drive home from the Eibach facility... The truck drove and handled fantastic, the Eibach susp is firm but provides a very comfortable ride. It's a pretty noticeable difference from stock OR susp to this. Right away I could tell that this was much more firm than the stock susp, but in a good way. Where the stock OR susp would kind of "bounce" and "shimmy" when I hit small bumps in the road, the Eibach kit absorbed the bumps well and it settles nicely. I also noticed the Eibach susp also helps a lot with keeping the nose from diving when under hard braking.

FWIW sway bar relocation bracket was NOT installed on my truck. Although my drive home was short, I did NOT notice any rubbing of the sway bar against the struts.

This kit is superb, it's the best bang for your buck imo :goingcrazy::headbang:

TL:DR. Installed PRO LIFT KIT w/o sway bar bracket. Rides excellent, best bang for your buck susp set up, no sway bar rubbing against struts.

Here's a quick shitty pic I was able to grab before the sun went down. Tried to find a level spot to park in. Will attempt to get some more pics tomorrow.

    Cheers

looks great! Do you plan on adding a rear block or AAL?

Thanks! Yeah I'll be adding AAL/rear block once I get some new wheels/tires :)

After driving to work today with a longer commute, I'm beyond impressed with this set up. The truck just feels that much more composed on the road. It has a "tighter" road presence, little bumps and dips don't bounce the truck around as much. Props to the Eibach team for developing a great suspension set up for our Tacos! :bananadance::bowdown:

Nice taco. Really looking forward to finally installing my Eibachs. Did your truck had the lean on the drivers side? I just need to order the spacer and kit should be installed in a week or so.

Thanks man. It's a great kit, you'll definitely enjoy it. You know, in my haste to get the kit installed, I totally forgot to take pre PRO LIFT KIT measurements to measure for taco lean. Visually, I want to say I don't have the lean though

You should definitely take measurements before so you know if you have the lean, so you know whether you need to buy a spacer or not. Post pix when you get your kit on!

Any updates? Any rubbing sway bar against the coil or strut when the suspension articulates?

FWIW sway bar relocation bracket was NOT installed on my truck. Although my drive home was short, I did NOT notice any rubbing of the sway bar against the struts.

I haven't had much time on any trail that requires more than usual flex and articulation, a few fire roads I did venture on had no signs of rubbing whatsoever. Absolutely no rubbing issues as a pavement/mall crawler either :D

This kit is honestly the best bang for your buck set up imo, for someone who sees the trail once in a while but wants a nice lift w/ great on road/off road ride characteristics!

I'm no expert but I would say to install it to be safe? Have you had any issues thus far?

2cents I hear the latest kits have been redesigned and no longer need the sway bar relocation ---unless you got the old batch.

Nice lift! Can’t wait to see it with the new tires and wheels.

I ordered the same lift with the AAL and will be getting it installed next Thursday if all goes as planned.

Will be running 285 75 16 Trail Grapplers with scs Ray 10s.

thanks for the write up about the ride quality. I have not found nearly as much info out there about this lift kit compared to other lifts. I hope mine ends up riding similar to how you described it. I have always thought the ride on the stock TRD off road was not firm enough, Im not a fan of the nose dive when braking and body roll, hope this kit helps out with that a little .

Thanks man, you're going to love it! Which AAL did you get?

Truck is going to look killer w/ those wheels! I'm definitely excited for you! I'm sure you've seen the other giant Eibach thread, lots of good info in there too, it's always difficult describing what if feels like but you can definitely tell the difference. Post pix once you get everything installed!

I went with the dealer single AAL. I Read it’s supposed to be 1.5-2” which hopefully will look good

Thats without Relo bracket. With it on the left side touches the cross member of the swaybar. So it rubs when I go over bumps. I don’t have the 1/4” spacer for lean. The right side has about 1/4” clearance from the cross bar. 85A548C8-26B6-4BF8-9B98-CEBDC235BC09.jpg

right on! I ordered the same lift a couple of days ago with icon AAL +1.5 and a camburg UCA. So that setup will level out my truck to 2.5. Also today bought myself the scs ray f5s stealth blue that will go on my cement truck. Debating on nittos or wildpeaks. Pretty excited for the outcome!
