Frame mod questions

2006 PreRunner DCLB.
1. I want to cut out the most forward frame crossmember and move it up around 6". Is there a thread already for that mod? Toyota puts the factory tow hooks on it.
2. The very next crossmember back has a boob hanging under it, right in the center, it looks like D cup. What is that boob for?
3. I want to relocate the mid cab mounts. Is there a thread dedicated to that mod? Who makes a good relocation kit?

1) only the hard core guys get to hacking like this. I haven't found any specific thread on these mods.
2) hack it off its a jack point.
3) red goat fab I did it on mine. No need to relocate unless you are going 37s. There is a thread in the BST area or you can google it and it'll appear.
