19 sr tpms

Hey guys I'm new to this, just making a thread to verify some things. I have a 19 Tacoma sr, I swapped the steel wheels for trd wheels off a 14 Tacoma (69461 is the manuf. #). Will my sensors work if they're rotated 180 degrees, like I've seen on here, or do I need to find the correct sensors for aluminum wheels, there are a few different sensors out there for the year.

 

I'm in the same boat, nothing's simple anymore with the Federal Nanny police saying people aren't capable of checking their own tire pressures.
But I Digress, Lot's of people here Have used the SR sensors in the Alloy wheels by turning them 180 but the tire installer has to be careful not
to damage the sensors when installing the tire. I'd rather buy new sensors designed for the wheels if I could come up with the right number.
The numbers I have For alloy's are:

$39 Denso 550-0106 Denso Tire Pressure Monitoring System Sensor - 550-0106

Denso 550-0106 which I'm told are OEM and 42607-06030 Along with PMV-C015.
I'm thinking I might have to remove the SR sensors, turn them 180 then try them in the Alloy wheels.

I believe my factory steel wheel tpms are pmv-c015, may just have the dealer help me out when I go for my free oil change

 

I just put new alloy rims and tires on, coming from steelies. I went to America tire and they reused the ones I had. Had I gone to Toyota, it may have likely been a different story.

 

209tacoma....does everything seem to operate correctly after swapping the steel sensors?

 

No issues at all and I do a lot of driving.
