2007 Tacoma V6 manual access cab.

So all of a sudden I noticed a "hesitation" or "bog' while driving. All gears are affected, especially reverse, 1st 2nd and 6th. I press on the gas after shifting and there is no response, only a high rev and eventually the rpms drop back down and it starts to pick up speed. But in first and reverse I smell something burning. I did an oil change, cleaned my mass air flow, throttle body and changed my spark plugs... Is this my clutch, transmission or.. no lights on in the dash. I have had a constant issue with my front diff and 4x4 actuators. Also issues with blower motor resistors!

Thanks in advance and you people are amazing

Sounds like your clutch is slipping. How many miles on your truck?

I say clutch, go for a drive and put it in a high gear while going slow give it some gas , if the trucks revs high and barely moves your clutch is slipping , clucth has a very distinctive smell also

The smell is for sure clutch, but I can't tell if it's from me having to press the gas harder to get it moving or what.

At a dead stop, I'll put it in first and with out pressing the gas, I'll depress the clutch and it stalls. It doesn't just slide through

Could it have to do with my clutch pedal positioning? I've seen something's on the interwebs about that

    Hmm . . . none as yet, that's why i'm here . . .
    You answered your own question
If you smell clutch, it can't be good. when clutch is fine there is no smell right.

Is there such thing as a blown/exploded master cylinder? There's a bunch of yellow goo on the inside of my dash and on the mechanical parts for my clutch... Any ideas? Also there is a button down in the back, any idea what it is?
