    I live about 1.5 miles from Insurrection. I hardly go there. We really like Mindful and Helicon. I was doing a weekly Friday Helltown stop too for a long time.

    Brewed up a Belgian strong ale this afternoon. My new refractometer was showing .005 higher than the hydrometer. I'm told hydrometers are calibrated at 60 degrees so not sure what impact that has. Anyway with 7.7 lbs of extra light DME and 2 lbs of blanc soft candi sugar the OG came in at 1.094.
