285/70R7. Removed the front mud flaps while off-roading. Actually, the left front tire did that for me! Tore it right off and spit it out. Will be doing the CMC if I get time but currently no other running issues beside the flap.

Looking good. I'm about to pull the trigger on the same tires and 886s.

Finally got around to installing my heated mirrors.

Also installed a neoprene center console lid cover.

Details? I've got almost everything I need to finish my heated mirror project. Looking for some switches.

I used a power mirror switch that has a button for folding mirrors. Used that button to trigger a ground to a SPST relay to power the mirrors.

I planned on using a fancy time delay relay but could never get it to work right.

Hauled half yard of topsoil in the bed with a canopy on. Sucks to hand load it but easier than removing the canopy. I didn't realize how much the windoor in the Leer canopy would help when hosing out the bed but it's an added benefit.

I drove mine across the state and got 22 mpg. Best I've ever gotten. No cool pictures though.

Since the idler pulley replacement I did about 2500 miles ago, with one exception, my MPG has been increasing every fill up. I’m at 17mpg of city driving with 20 miles of freeway. I drive the exact same route every week, with little variation. I did a big freeway circle a couple weeks back (311 miles) and got 23mpg on that one. 5 people in the car and a bunch of parts for the truck (will expand on that one later) and this included over an hour in Oakland freeway traffic. I bet it would have been more.

The only time I really notice mine is gone is on turn in to high speed sweepers like freeway interchanges. Just feels weird for a split second but you get used to it. Coilovers with the proper spring rate and preload adjustment go a long way to making it feel "normal".

Replaced my original steel wheels on my 2006 Tacoma 2.7 Liter 5 Lug with mustang take-off wheels. Only paid $250 for the set with Hankook tires. Same lug fitment. Just needed a center hub wheel spacer.

That bags looks identical to the one that houses the Husky tire inflator that I keep in my truck.

Fill me in on the idler pulley. Is this a mod designed to get MPG up or just something you needed to do?

Pyrite Mica seems to have the most off-road use per quantity produced. Seems like one of the more rare colors, but also seems that the folks who have them get them dirty. Sure, you might see more white or silver Tacomas out there, but considering those are two of the most popular colors....

    ...maybe I'm wrong.

    Interested in the outcome.

It is common for the Tacoma to come with Denso on one side and NGK on the other. Sounds like you have been rocking the OE spark plugs that are due to be changed every 30k. How many miles do you have?

I believe that the newer pulleys would have smoother running bearings so less resistance than an older one.
