Well i was swapping my front differential and i tried using a pair of pliers to loosen the vacuum line from the acuator and *bink* the end piece just snapped off. Im not entirely sure what to do. Can you get just a replacement housing piece or can i only get the full unit. If i just try and install it back will just the 4wd not work? Or will it engage but not disengage. Im comtemplating waiting until i can get a new piece before installing the diff back as just pulling off the add acuator looks to be a pain.

Can you show a picture? Just wondering if there is any of the spru left on the housing.

If it is broken all the way off, you could tap it and screw a fitting into it. But the drill shavings would need to be removed.

I thought the vacuum ones were eliminated by 2001.
