What will it fit?

Have a Snug Top on a 1999 extended cab with 6 foot bed. Truck has frame issues and I am currently shopping for a new to me taco. How far up the line (20??) will my current Snug Top fit? So sad, 160K great shape except for frame. Planned on giving keys to nursing home when time came. Now I have to look for another. Have been searching for 2009-15

 

I might be wrong, but I’m pretty sure that won’t fit a second gen properly. Different mount method, and slightly different bed dimensions. To fit correctly you’ll need to look for nothing newer than 2004.

Snugtop appears to be in great condition. Maybe just sell it and use the profit toward a new-used 2nd gen snugtop when you get your 2009-15 truck?

 

That will only fit 95-04 EXTENDED CAB. The cab shape is more vertical on the regular cab, so the top of the shell will hit the cab.
