Well, I bought my morimoto XB HID kit last February and my drivers side bulb doesn't like to turn on when it gets cold out. I was wondering whether to just change that bulb, both bulbs, the ballast, or all of the above? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this is a repeated question.

I guess I should mention that I can usually get the light to turn on but I have to keep flipping the light switch at least 2 or 3 times every time I turn the truck on at night or in the morning. It has really only started to do this as the weather has cooled off and takes longer to start up as the temps go down.
