Quick question for those out there who are running the DDM HIDs. Im looking to get the H4 high/low kit which comes with a harness to switch from high to low. I have also read that its best to buy the optional wiring harness they offer to protect your wiring.

Now my question is, are the 2 harnesses different? Should I buy the optional one or does the one that comes with the high/low kit do the same thing as the optional one?

    Thanks in advance!

The hi/lo set comes with the harness. No need to buy it again.

It is the same harness. All high/low kits come with the harness if I remember correctly.

    Great.. thanks guys!

Another question, I've searched through the forums a bit and can't seem to decide between the DDM 35w 4500k or 5000k. Would there be a noticeable difference? I hear 4500 is best light output and 6000 is good for looks. 5000k best of both worlds?Any suggestions?

I'm sure the difference would b very slight. I personally am considering that same setup but I wanna go w/ the 6000K it's got the blueish tint and still puts off a great deal of light...

Is it the same harness for the fog lights? I'm thinking of switching to the HID fogs. and putting my silverstars back in.

I was thinking of 8000k's for me. But do you need to get the error code eliminator?
