Baby Portobello mushrooms stuffed with cheddar and bacon. Shrimp with butter, garlic, lemon juice, Worcester sauce, and PF rub. Filet mignon with Head Country marinade and Butcher BBQ tenderizer. Have to say it’s a little light on info but I expected more from them. Look at those tiny wheels on that.

yeah... LOOKS rather cheaply made. Initial review from Amazing Ribs is really good though from a high heat stand point:

    https://amazingribs.com/ratings-reviews/pellet-grill/weber-smokefire-pellet-grill

I really like the fire pot with clots o drop ash out. Mine doesn't build up too much ash but for full bore high heat maximizing airflow is key.

Goes on sale December. Too bad it’s priced a little higher than I’m willing to pay right now. The new weber smokefire

It’s got a lot of features. Very tempting. I’ll wait until some ol lady sells their ex husband’s on Craigslist

I had the same exact thought. Could likely put larger wheels on it easy enough. Then remembered you and @Bigdaddy4760 have a more elegant solution.

I do like the review, sounds like it gets hot enough to sear. Last night I had to fire up the Genesis to do the reverse sear on my steak and time it right which I did. And like the built in double racks so that you can have things dripping from top to bottom like on the WSM. Then again I balk at paying $300 for a 26" kettle and my back deck is pretty much full now. Will wait for others to test it out and decide then. But is on my radar.

I picked up on earlier this year on sale at Kroger. So far it’s been great with no issues. Haven’t used or been around any other brands to know how it compares tho. My biggest complaint is the metal “diffusers” (can’t remember what they’re called) rust like crazy even when covered in foil. I don’t use it a whole lot unfortunately due to my insane schedule. But all in all I’m pleased with mine, specially since I got it for 70% off

You going to pick one up? I'm not sure either of their sizes is big enough for what I want.

Tank tracks for the win. Maybe @Bigdaddy4760 and I need to release our own line of Pellet Smokers.

I like that they are known for quality so it has my interest. I just wish they had an even bigger one.

I'll tell you what man, I like you so I'll take that non WiFi one you have off your hands so you don't have to be weighted down with that old school tech anymore. Then you can move on to the Weber it has WiFi AND Bluetooth.

I’m glad I got the WiFi upgrade for free on my GMG. I’d regret paying for it.

A badass bloody mary is the shizzle. I'll have smoked ice cubes, BBQ rub rimmed glasses, bacon swizzle sticks, spicy pickles, and roasted peppers available for my bloody mary bar this Thanksgiving. Looking forward to it!
