I have a rough idle on my '06 SR5 (4.0L) and I'm thinking it's the Idle Air Control Valve that's causing the problem. It idles inconsistently and occasionally drops to 450 RPM and feels as though it's about to stall. Is this part removable and serviceable? If not, is it available to purchase separately or do I need to replace the whole throttle body? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

There is no IAC on our TB's. It's all controlled through the TB blade.

Did you try cleaning it with a throttle body cleaner?

I haven't cleaned it yet. I'll try that first. I figured if it were an inexpensive part I would just replace it as the truck has just under 200k miles. Based on Fullboogie's reply, the IAC is non-existent so I guess cleaning is my only option. Thanks for the reply.

Yup, fly by wire allows the simplification of the throttle body in this sense. Idle is controlled by moving the actual throttle blade, not a separate air passage.
