So just purchased Bisteins 5100 on all corners & taco lean spacer for my 2016 DCLB.
I'm thinking of placing on the 3rd notch at 1.1" or 2nd notch at 0.65" (Will I need a diff drop)?
    Will I need an alignment?

Pros/cons from those that have this set up?

Also wanting to place a 1.5 block on the rear.
I tow a boat, do not Offroad at all, and have 270/70/17 A/T tires and prefer to have a rake

    I welcome any comments

    A few minor things...
    Which shocks? 5100s?

I run the 6112/5160 combo with OME 95R leafs, JBA UCAs, all new bushings etc.

If you're going to block the rear end it depends on the look you want. Do you want rake so you look level loaded? Or do you want to look level when unloaded and suck up a high nose when towing (not super safe...)

I'd do the a ~1" lift in the front and 1.5 in the back to retain some rake.

At that lift you probably won't need a diff drop but everyone's a little different.

If you alter your suspension at all you should get an alignment. Having the correct angles (camber, caster, toe) are all critical to handling, performance, and safety.

Carpet bed liner and Matt, fuel wheels KO 2 tires. Bilstein 6112,5160 frt. lift .white with black leather seats.
I have the 5100 on my 2019 sport and they work great over bumps. At sand lake sunday i hit the bottom of bowl at 35 and a big speed bump in the sand, the truck did not jump or bottom out it just rolled over it and up the hill. The sand was wet ad that takes more hp to move but the Taco just went over the rough sand with easy.

    Yes on the alignment.

Probably not on the diff drop.

If you want to tow with a lot of weight on the hitch. Look into new heavier leaf springs, or something like airbags or sumo springs.

Towing a fibreglass bass boat. Guessing loaded it’s no more than 3500 pounds. Still think I need what you suggested?

No. Maybe in 7 years when your rear leafs are blown out.
