Has anyone used Toyota Pro Shop

On August 12th I order a Trd Pro Grille w/tss garnish and raptor lights. The only thing they gave me shipping info was for the garnish and that is the only thing I have received. I have tried emailing them and they will not respond to more or help me in anyway. Has anyone else had this issue or what steps should I take to try to get the product or a refund?

 

Call the credit card company and do a chargeback...when you hit them in the pocket book that tends to get their attention.

 

i bought my grille, garnish, and raptor lights as a combo (all in 1 grille) and received the grille first, no response about shipping info for the rest, then i got the lights in (cheapo lights), and then after i ordered a garnish off ebay and received and installed it, my garnish from toyota pro shop showed up. Horrible customer service, but you will get your stuff. just not in a timely manner

 

also, throw the raptor lights away and order some from Runnin4tacos.com. they snap in, look 100x better, and arent identical to the $9.99 you can buy in blue from autozone for your light up cupholders

 

Glad you posted this. Ordered mine on the 13th and all they give you is an order number and an app to download that “tracks” your shipment. Except it says Toyota Proshop doesn’t give tracking info on Your purchase. Already sent an email. Was about to send another until I came upon this. Gonna give it ten days (23rd) and then I’ll be issuing a chargeback.
