I drove it. Seemed nice and tight. They put new life springs on it, crawled under and looked. The underneath is clean. The only thing that was a question for me was the rust on the front of the engine.

Sr5 access cab. Seems to be a clean rig. Couple open recalls.
If the frames clean I’d beat em up on the price and shoot for $15k.

Frames really clean for a Ohio truck. What do you mean by open recalls?

AutoCheck. One is for the latest frame inspection. I didn’t open the other. It’s right on the dealerships web.

Hi. Welcome. I’ve been seeing a lot of new members showing appreciation for being “accepted” to the forum. I never noticed it until recently. Is there a new approval process that I’m not aware of? I don’t remember needing any community approval before creating a log in.

A little off your meds today? ...good God.

To the OP...if you like the truck and you think it's in decent shape...buy it! Price seems a bit low, but I'm not in your market

Uh, what? Are you? I asked a legitimate question without any hostility. Not sure what the problem is.

Well, there wasn't any offence intended. The OP thanked the site for getting in...ok, is it necessary? ...no...but no need for the editorial.

Yup, and I'm off my meds today o_O

It wasn’t meant to offend the OP. I asked because it’s been a new trend I’ve noticed recently from other new members. I genuinely wanted to know if it was because of some new forum policy of requiring approval before being able to join. Or if we have just been getting a lot of polite new members.

It’s the internet. It always devolves into stupid shit. Especially on TacomaWorld. Wait until Friday comes, that’s when the real shit show starts.

From what you have described it sonds like a solid truck. As stock it is a blank slate for whatever you want to do with it whether stock or a full build. At 113,000 miles it is just broken in good. I'd ensure all maintenance is up to date other than that the questions would be .....Do you like the truck? Does it have the features you want? Is it something you feel comfortable making the payments on? If your answer is yes to all these then get them as low as you can or get them to throw in some maintenance and sign on the line. You being happy with your purchase is more important than what any of us think anyway
