Just make sure the noodles don't touch the sides or they will burn

Was that crock pot lasagna texturally similar to an oven baked? It looks delicious

Got sime chorizo and chicken with some taco seasoning going with a couple sweet potatoes underneath. I made chorizo and eggs with fresh tortillas last night so this should fill them nicely (sweet potatoes will be dessert or for tomorrow night... Not for the tacos)20191121_061803~2.jpg

Been a while since I’ve looked at this thread. Some yummy stuff has been happening! Just put some chicken down for chicken n dumplings later today. Man, slow cookers sure make it nice when you’re going to be busy all day. (Today is holiday baking day, and it’s time to blow up the kitchen.)

    Nice.
We had some big pines dropped at the camp (ants + 150ft trees do not mix) and this was the cleanup bonfire. We had some rounds that were pretty easily 2.5-3 feet, and they threw some serious heat for about 10 hours. More than enough time to cook up some dutch oven dinner

Yep. I like roasting a whole chicken in the smaller one, but with the sort of heat that pile was throwing off I wanted something that required a little less babysitting.
