Hey, I recently picked up a used camper shell. Everything seems to be in good condition and it works well except for one thing, the seal between the cab and the shell. This shell uses a rubber gasket instead of a front window to seal against the truck. The seal works well against the bottom but doesnt quite reach up a the roof. Any suggestions to snug this gap up using other products? I've already moved the shell as close as it will go to the cab to try and seal it up. 15742257981923789242713075743235.jpg 15742258668795695181456917480417.jpg 15742257981923789242713075743235.jpg

It looks like that shell wasn't made to fit your truck. And that rubber boot will eventually scratch and wear through your truck paint anyway. Maybe you could find some foam or rubber weatherstriping to fill the gap but I'd look for a cap that fits and doesn't use that kind of seal.
