    Icon Stage 8 Tubular 2.5" Lift w/ Springs Option 3, Warn Semi-Hidden w/ Warn Zeon 10, CH4X4 Switch Ditch Lights, Toyo M/T 255/85R16, Total Chaos Bed Stiffeners, ECGS Bushing I installed all my own modifications.
    I've been reading postings on TacomaWorld for the last couple of months learning about the upgrades that I have been doing to our 2019 Tacoma TRD Off-Road LB 4X4. I did all the modifications myself except mounting the tires. The closest off road shop to my home is an hour and a half away and they're jeep guys. He was lost when I started asking about Tacoma lifts that you guys take for granted. I did not want a mall-crawler. So, order online and install everything.     My adult son has a 2014 Tacoma TRD Off-Road that he bought new. He had been wanting to put a 2 1/2" lift on his truck for years. He and I worked together on both trucks. We installed Icon Stage 8 tubular upper arm, 2.5" reserve shocks and the rear leaf springs set at Option 3. We also changed out the drivers side CV axle needle bearing with ECGS bearings. Both trucks 12 hours total WITHOUT any cutting, grinding or sludge hammering anything like the videos show.

    Front of our Tacoma when I was installing the Warn Semi-Hidden Winch Mount and Warn Zeon 10 winch. The mount is supposed to fit 16-18 only, but mine is a 2019. I had to cut a 34" slot out of the rear lower support bumper cover that is now being supported by the winch mount. Measure 3 times. I also needed to bend 1/2" edge the sheet metal bracket above the winch so it wouldn't touch. The videos show grinding it off. They also show throwing the air dams away. I notch mine like the directions say. Measure 3 time.

    Now we are waiting on the Snugtop Rebel shell. We ordered it over the phone from Tom's Camperland Mesa. He told us about the specials that Snugtop was running and does some free upgrades for everyone so he has happy customers. My wife is still undecided on the rock sliders. She wants to try them out as far as as getting in and out, without them getting in the way. We have a lifted 2016 Power Wagon that doesn't have them.
