SR radio is fubar.. help?

2018 SR. Ok sure my phone interface messed it up but this is a new level of weird.
The radio won't turn off. The back up camera works in reverse. The audio button doesn't work. The mode button doesn't work. But the volume on the radio and the steering wheel work but I can't change the radio stations from there.
I have an appointment at the dealership Mon
Because it is basic I don't have the entune which I thought was the problem causer.
Any help?

 

Weird. If you hold the power button for a few seconds it'll reboot. At least on my '15. Maybe that would help.

 

You can always disconnect the battery for a bit and see if it helps.

 

Tried more than once. It just goes to the same place

 

Pull the radio fuse for a minute or two.

I’d have done that 12 min ago.

 

Disconnected the battery.
Back up camera is working in reverse. Nothing else works at all. Audio button on both the radio and steering wheel do nothing. Display just stays on the welcome screen
