I looked into this, it's not illegal to go topless most places but it's not explicitly legal. In other words there's no law against it, not a law permitting it which is very different.
Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer, nothing I say should be taken as legal advice.

That's why it needs a disclaimer.

Florida Man's Best Friend getting in on the action....

A Florida dog put a car into reverse and drove it in circles for nearly an hour

Anne Sabol’s cul-de-sac in Port St. Lucie, Florida, is fairly quiet.

Well, it was, until a dog hopped in its owner’s running car, kicked it in reverse, drove in circles for an hour and smashed a neighbor’s mailbox before safely exiting the vehicle without so much as a scratch.

But Sabol didn’t know who was behind the wheel when she first spotted the car, whirling around the block like an inept student driver might.

“At first I thought I saw somebody backing up, but then they kept going, and I’m like, ‘Ok, what’re they doing?'” she told CNN affiliate WPBF.

But then the cops came, then the fire department. Authorities watched from a distance as the driving dog did donuts.

Finally, the vehicle stopped, and Sabol saw a large black Labrador retriever hop out of the driver’s seat.

“‘OK, this is turning weird,'” she remembered thinking.

The owner, who asked to remain anonymous, had left his car running in the street when the dog changed gears and didn’t stop driving for almost an hour, Port St. Lucie Police said.

The community escaped injury save for the mailbox, which the owner promised to fix.

As for the dog, it’s impossible to know its thoughts behind the wheel. Did it jump at the chance for a joyride and a fleeting taste of freedom? Or was this all a harrowing accident as the dog felt all control slip through its paws?

    Sabol, for one, was impressed.

“They should give that thing a license.”

Huffpost, Fox, CNN, Breitbart are all the same. If you believe anything on those sights I've got a bridge for sale.

That was painful to watch. I never understood the extremely dry British ( or the like) comedy.

I’ll definitely give you that one. Our “news” is in absolute shambles! It’s like watching a circus being held at a funeral being led by a can of paint.

    That is fucking brilliant!

Reminds me of the original Saturday Night Live and Monty Python rolled into one. Humor is sometimes the best way to hear difficult truths.

that episode aired in 2005 in Australia, and every few years channel 3 or 4 will play everyone’s favorite episodes just because.

I could tell that it was a bit old, but the skit at 9:27 is completely relevant to today.

    That's one dedicated doctor

    https://www.msn.com/en-gb/video/vir...-bladder-on-plane-to-save-his-life/vi-BBX6Xrx

heroic doctor saved an elderly man's life by sucking his urine out of his blocked bladder on a China Southern Airlines plane. The video filmed on flight No.CZ399 from Guangzhou to New York on November 19, shows the doctor named Zhang Hong using his mouth to suck the urine out of an elderly man lying on the floor via a catheter. After more than half an hour, Zhang successfully sucked around 700-800ml urine out and the old man was not in life-threatening condition anymore. According to local reports, the pensioner's wife asked for urgent assistance when the plane was six-hours-away from the destination as the pensioner could not urinate by himself. Two doctors named Xiao Zhanxiang and Zhang Hong respectively on the plane heard the emergency announcement and went to check for the old man immediately. They found that the old man had around 1000ml urine blocked in his bladder which threatened his life. Xiao then made a simple device by himself and Zhang used his mouth to suck the urine out for the old man after he got permission from his wife. When Zhang was asked how can he suck the urine for the elderly man without hesitation, he said: "The situation was very urgent and there was no other way to save him. I just wanted to help him extract the urine out as soon as possible. It is my instinct to save lives as a doctor."
