    Thought since I’m always browsing and reading from your guys threads, now that I’m a soon to be owner, why not join the group. I’m from Woodstock Ontario and work at the Toyota plant (TMMC) here where we make the RAV4. Thanks for the warm welcome eh!

    I know that plant well. Worked there during construction. Started on the press installation, then moved to the weld shop installing robots for a few months, then moved over to the ED weld and paint shops. Have done a ton of maintenance there over the years as well with different contractors.

    Yes, TMMC consists of three plants. The North and South plant are in Cambridge Ontario and attached to each other. They also make the RAV4 (recently new. Previously built the Corolla from 1988- Feb 2019) and the South Plant builds the RX350. About a half hour away here in Woodstock we also built the RAV4 including the hybrid.
