A picture would be a great help!

Did you get the broken bolt out??

Most likely either M10x1.25 or M8x1.25 guess at the length

The long bolt that adjusts tension ??

I have some I need to measure to be sure but M8x1.25 measure the overall length for length.

It needs to be threaded the whole length .

If you can`t find any you could make one with M8 x1.25 all thread and weld on a nut or epoxy .

Yes it is the long bolt. If you can provide the exact size that would be great.

It looks to be 80mm long.

About the only thing I can have a fully threaded bolt of that size for

Yesterday I snapped the head off the long bolt, is there a reason I should not remove the whole pulley assembly to replace that bolt? seems a lot easier than trying to do it in place

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Why make things harder remove the whole assembly!

Just pay attention to the hardware on the pulley .

it is easy to mix things up then your pulley is out of line.

90119-08493 - that is the bolt I got directly from the local Toyota for about $4. Works perfect. It just has a T-40 head instead of hex head. For anyone who happens to find this post on google the way I did, this is the answer. I spent days searching for and many bolts later, I found the one that has the same thread pattern/thickness and length.

    M8-1.25x85mm - OEM# 90119-08493

What I did to remove the bad bolt was remove the whole pulley assembly and disassemble it carefully remembering exactly how it fits back together, and then just backed out the threads the other way with a lotta wd-40. Then I put the pulley assembly back together and didn’t tighten the pulley all the way, allowing the block to move around as I screwed the new bolt into it. Bolted the assembly back on, replaced power steering belt and then used the new bolt to tighten it and then finished tightening down the pulley bolt to secure it.
