What a pita. And it doesn't help that I'm 3 months out from a pec tear.

but with a little beer and a lot of patience i was able to get it in there with a couple of jack's and pry bars.

moving on to the spindle and cv's

    cheers

Changed my oil and found this radiator hose leak. I just had my frame replaced and this hose has never leaked in the past. Should I try to re-seat the hose and clamp, or just buy a new hose and clamp?

Seeing the EPDM (type of rubber) marking on the hose says it's an OEM (only ones marked like that). Probably should replace it, getting up there in years if it hasn't been done.

This is good advice. You might be able to make sure the hose is nice and square and the clamp as well and seated back in its original position before they removed. Just twisting the clamp around. That'll be your best chance to buy you time and stop the leak until you get your new hose.

I just used this video as a reference. I had already taken most of my dash apart before so I knew the basics. It’s pretty simple.

One thing he missed is the screw behind the ash tray. Gotta take the ash tray out to access it. Other than that he hit all other clips/screws spot on.

I managed to find enough coolant fittings and vacuum hose from friends to get her rigged up and driven today! Still lots of tuning and fiddling to go, but its mobile!

I had this same thing happen earlier this year but on the other end connecting to the radiator (sucked because it leaked onto the fan then sprayed coolant everywhere). Replaced the hose and clamp and problem solved

Not yet. Maybe stage 2 or 3. I have a winch up front so not much room. It's ok for winter driving, but summer might be another story. The heat from turbine/downpipe is soaking into the charge pipe. Ceramic and heat shields are on the horizon.
