Driving home one night I heard something knocking in the bed on every curve. Knowing that an empty beer can finds it's way into my bed every now and then, I didn't check into it before I got home. I found the drivers side bed pocket cover , laying in the middle of the bed, exposing my bungees , for the whole world to see. Upon inspection, I found the working end of both latches rusted off, and joining the ranks of the unemployed. Not being one to flaunt my bungees, I wondered it these were available as aftermarket?

Latch arm is $2 at the dealer parts counter: P/N 6476804030
If the screw is stripped, it's also $2 at the dealer: P/N 9008015097

Some people replace the latches with keyed cabinet locks from Lowes, but they probably won't stand up to road salt:

I found those doors laying in the bed many times before I just left them them off. My experience was from scumbag thieves taking shiat or looking for shit.
